About the author
Stefano Berganto was born in Switzerland and studied Fine Arts in Paris, France from 1986 to 1990. His passion for drawing, illustrating and writing has continued ever since.
What a thrill it was when, at the age of 18, I traveled to the City of Lights to deepen my artistic knowledge and breathe the legendary Parisian air.
After seven years in the bustling city, I moved to Geneva and got off the train with a portfolio of drawings and sketches. One day, as I looked through them, memories came flooding back, intertwining with my experiences to form a story: Yopiki was born, laying the foundation for a series of books.
With art weaving like a golden thread through my life, my artistic work reveals a poetic approach that places the vibrant colors of life at the heart of my visual stories.
